Are you looking for a nice place to live in Copenhagen? We have an approx. 10 sqm. furnished room (can also be rented unfurnished!) in a shared apartment for 5 people in total. Available from 3. September, pre-viewing is not possible due to renovation/refurbishing. The room is located in a new, 114 sqm apartment on three floors. You will have access to two bathrooms in the apartment, a common area with a small dining area, and a large kitchen. In the kitchen, you will find a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave – and there are glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, and pans. The room is located a few minutes from Sundbyvester Plads – next to Amagerbrogade where bus 5C / 250S takes you directly to Copenhagen Central Station and Norreport Station. The apartment is close to green areas and two large supermarkets as well as cafés, pharmacies, etc. Minimum six months rental. A standard ‘A10’ lease contract issued by the Danish Ministry of Housing will be used. Payment via bank transfer. From your deposit, DKK 600 goes to general repairs every 6 months, which is deducted at the end of the contract. The rest of your deposit will be refunded 14 days after moving out. (Unless, contrary to expectations, permanent damage to the place is caused). Prepayment of a deposit is equal to three months’ rent + 1st month + 1-month advance rent (equal to your last month in the apartment) Electricity, heating, water, and speedy internet are included in the rent. Maybe you are a student, frisky, prepared to keep the apartment nice and clean, and want to contribute to a good atmosphere. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and pets are not allowed.
